Your key responsibilities as Purchase Ledger Assistant will include:
1. Maintaining supplier accounts.
2. Processing BACS payments.
3. Logging supplier invoices onto correct systems and ensuring approval has been obtained.
4. Assisting with annual audit process.
5. Liaising with stakeholders.
