Data Lead – Stafford (Hybrid)
We’re looking for an experienced Data Lead to manage large datasets and drive data-led decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
Location: Stafford (3 days per week in office)
Contract: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and analyse large, complex datasets.
* Develop insights and reporting to support business decisions.
* Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
* Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and present findings.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing large datasets.
* Strong Power BI and data analysis skills.
* Some coding experience (e.g. SQL, Python or similar).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
