Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage Branch Managers within your region.
* Ensure services meet regulatory and contractual standards.
* Promote business growth and develop new opportunities.
* Represent CCH Group with external stakeholders, including Local Authorities, CCGs, and providers.
* Support regional budgeting, business planning, and tender submissions.
Qualifications
* Registered Manager or Health and Social Care Level 5 qualification.
* Previous experience in the independent social care sector at a senior level.
* Strategic business development and stakeholder management experience.
