About the Role
Location: Largs, North Ayrshire. Various contracts available; full time & part time. Various shift patterns.
Personal Assistants play a vital role in enabling people with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and outcomes. Each day varies, supporting individuals with personal care, moving and handling, positive behavioural support, and expanding their social networks.
Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual. Our team of Personal Assistants works collaboratively to ensure safety, well‑being and aspirations are met, with 24‑hour on‑site support for 22 houses in the Largs complex.
Shift patterns are flexible and training will be provided. Travel expenses will be paid for those not local to the Largs area.

Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care, moving & handling, medication administration, meal preparation, finances and housekeeping. Support residents with accessing the local and wider community, attending social activities, and building confidence to participate in weekly events such as disco, bowling, swim clubs and local pubs.
