Your new role
As an IT Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and developing IT services across the school. You will provide both proactive and reactive technical support, ensuring that all staff and students can access the systems and equipment they need.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware including PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, whiteboards, and projectors.
2. Supporting the school's VoIP system and troubleshooting PC and server hardware.
3. Installing and testing software, ensuring anti-virus and updates are applied appropriately.
