The CPs at Hatherleigh Nursing Home will be there for you, shadowing during clinical responsibilities, which will free up your time to focus on the aspects of nursing that inspired you to become a clinician — to care for those in need.
Here's how we plan to do this:
* A program of clinical support for all registered nurses and care practitioners working in nursing support roles
* The clinical team is supported by an advanced program based on NICE guidelines, NHS trust policies, and national guidance
* Clinical delivery is supported by a 24-hour on-call system with live support from a Clinical Nurse Manager
* The home's Quality Assurance system fosters shared clinical decision-making
* The Nursing and Care Practitioner program includes NHS clinical courses and bespoke courses, such as the one delivered by Kings College London (link below)
Hatherleigh Nursing Home invests 100 face-to-face accredited training hours annually for each team member.
