Role Description
This is a flexible freelance role, operating remotely, delivering training at various locations across London, the South East, and Southern England. The role is located in Cranbrook for a Freelance Sales and Leadership Trainer. The Sales and Leadership Trainer will be responsible for delivering sales training sessions, developing training programs, enhancing customer service skills, and facilitating leadership development workshops. The trainer will be expected to conduct group and one-on-one sessions, assess trainee progress, and continuously improve training materials.
Qualifications
* Presentation Skills and Communication skills
* Experience in Sales Training and Training & Development
* Strong Customer Service skills
* Proven ability to motivate and engage trainees
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Flexibility to adapt training methods to various learning styles
* Experience in the sales industry is preferable
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
