Were looking for an experienced Clinical Lead RNLD / RGN to oversee three supported-living packages for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in the Bedford area. One of these services involves individuals with highly complex, high-risk behaviours, requiring confident clinical leadership and strong multi-agency collaboration.
As the Clinical Lead RNLD / RGN, youll set the clinical direction, ensure safe, person-centred delivery, and act as the key professional link between ICBs, commissioners, CHC teams and local partnersensuring each individual receives the right care at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, review, and stabilise supported-living packages for adults with LD and Autism.
* Complete holistic assessments and develop PBS-led, outcome-focused care plans.
* Define escalation and crisis management pathways, ensuring effective risk reduction.
* Supervise and mentor field teams, promoting reflective practice and clinical accountability.
* Manage governance processessafeguarding, incidents, audits, and CQC readiness.
