We are looking for a Clinical Account Manager to join our busy Commercial team.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the Company's Rare & Orphan, and Complex therapy services aligned with corporate objectives.
* Inspire and lead these programmes across operational teams and external customers.
* Maintain oversight and serve as the main contact for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Directors and the Commercial Team to develop and implement therapy programmes.
* Design, develop, and deliver services to meet business and customer needs.
* Motivate and manage internal teams to ensure successful programme delivery.
* Support training to ensure effective delivery.
* Build and maintain external customer relationships.
* Work with the Sales Team to conduct structured service review meetings.
* Review KPIs to ensure programme success and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for service enhancement and new business.
* Monitor budgets and invoicing to maximize financial outcomes.
* Lead internal stakeholder meetings and prepare reports for Directors.
* Assist with new business opportunities, tenders, and presentations.
* Improve communication with clinical staff, patients, and customers.
* Enhance the company's reputation as a homecare provider.
* Support new programme implementation and conduct post-implementation audits.
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure progress and resolve issues.
* Ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
* Engage in personal development and mandatory training.
* Represent the company positively to all stakeholders.
* Work flexibly to meet customer needs with high professional standards.
Desired Experience and Skills
* Current clinical registration preferred.
* Extensive experience in business analysis with proven success.
* Understanding of the pharmaceutical market and NHS environment.
* Strong customer relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
* Proven ability to manage clinical programmes and operational services in healthcare.
* Experience in developing professional relationships to drive service delivery and opportunities.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
