Customer Service Specialist – Banking & Financial Services (Glasgow)

Due to our success, we have exciting opportunities in our Banking and Insurance sectors – no previous experience necessary.
Start Date: Aug/Sept 2025
Salary: £12.85 per hour
Location: Work From Home
Shifts: (Apply online only) Mon - Sun (Part Time not available)
Training: 6 weeks
Contract: Permanent
Background Checks: Right to Work in the UK, Criminal Record Check, Credit Check, and any other associated checks.
Note: No time off or holiday requests are allowed during training or the first few weeks after.

* Ability to deliver excellent service with an outgoing nature
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* A good listener who can convey empathy, patience, and understanding
* Confident and proactive in handling difficult situations and conversations

* Driven to work towards achievable targets

* Provide exceptional and efficient customer service across telephone, email, webchat, and social media channels
* Use problem-solving skills to support customers, resolve queries, and create positive experiences
* Ensure all customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements to protect customers
* Maintain excellent attention to detail
* Be knowledgeable of our client’s processes and products to support customers effectively
