To work with the Lead ICT Systems Development Manager in the delivery of FCHO Strategic Goals, by developing and maintaining FCHO’s current and future systems and software applications. To implement and deliver digital and technology systems projects, ensuring that solutions are implemented effectively, on time, and aligned with business goals. Working with the Digital and Technology team members to maintain and support FCHO’s core business applications, ensuring related processes are maintained, changes to them are controlled and engage 3rd party service providers as appropriate. Key Responsibilities · To lead, project manage and implement ICT projects and changes using agreed frameworks and methodologies and facilitate a smooth transition into service delivery by delivering colleague and ICT team training. · Develop and maintain project plans and project documentation associated with system development and deployment, and documentation for ongoing support. Monitoring progress, outcomes, and providing timely reports to project team and leads. Identifying and reducing potential risks that could impact project delivery. · Carry out technical build and implementation of changes as well as testing of changes and new solutions while maintaining and progressing issue logs. · To understand and translate business operational processes and needs into ‘specifications’ for new business systems or development of existing systems. · Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with application owners to identify critical functional requirements for new or revised applications. · Ensure successful knowledge transfer to the wider team members via documentation, training and team meetings. Support testing of new solutions. · Monitor post-implementation success and support continuous improvement of delivered solutions. · Line management of the ICT Applications Development Officer. Create and deliver effective training / skills / knowledge transfer that will enable succession planning within the team. Our ideal candidate · Experience leading ICT system or digital projects · Strong understanding of project management methodologies · Demonstrated ability to manage teams, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers. · Experience in ICT systems implementation, build, upgrades, or enterprise application delivery. · 2 Years experience managing and developing NEC Housing management systems. · Experience within an ICT support & environment in a 2nd & 3rd line support role Interested?
