Registered Manager – Supported Living (Mental Health & Learning Disabilities)
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £33,000- £37,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Registered Manager to lead a supported living service in Liverpool supporting adults with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities. If you’re passionate about person-centred care and supporting independence, this could be your next move.
This is a growing service with high demand, focused on recovery-focused models, enabling service users to live full and enriched lives in their own homes. You'll have full responsibility for operations, compliance, and the ongoing development of staff and support frameworks.
Main Duties:
Oversee supported living settings across Liverpool
Deliver and monitor tailored care packages for adults with complex needs
Ensure service-user goals and independence are prioritised
Maintain full CQC compliance and promote safe, effective practices
Lead and develop staff across multiple sitesCandidate Essentials:
Experience managing in supported living or residential settings
Strong background in mental health and/or LD
Leadership qualification (Level 5 or higher preferred)
