The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor joining this award-winning team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of high-quality matters, including:
* Development land
* Freehold property
* Dealing with commercial lenders
* Agricultural property
* Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage

About You
* You will be a qualified solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE ideally but candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply)
* My client is keen to speak to individuals with strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* You will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own caseload and have direct client contact from the start to the end of transactions
