Our client is one of the fastest growing FMCG brands in Europe and market leaders in their category. We’re now looking for a commercially-minded, creative, and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the brand and drive growth across both retail, out-of-home (OOH) and online channels. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role in a business on a mission to remain the standout brand in their category. 🚀
Role & Responsibilities: 📋
* Lead the brand marketing strategy alongside senior leadership.
* Manage and grow a high-performing marketing, content & social team
* Own storytelling and content creation across all channels (especially short-form video)
* Activate brand through organic social, influencer marketing, PR & events
* Ensure consistency and quality across campaigns, channels & touchpoints
* Help position the future of the category

Do you have the following to apply? ✅
* 5+ years of relevant brand/marketing experience.
* Challenger brand mindset – you know how to win hearts without a big-budget war chest
* Strong copy, design eye, and execution detail
* Proven people leadership and self-starting remote work ethic
* Experience working closely with grocery retailers (e.g. Waitrose, Tesco, Ocado)
