Residential Conveyancer
Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk

Residential Conveyancer - Great Yarmouth
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Great Yarmouth.
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. This role offers the chance to join a supportive team with a strong local reputation and a steady flow of quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build purchases
* Shared ownership matters
* Right to Buy transactions
* Providing high levels of client care throughout the conveyancing process
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
* Maintaining accurate file management and case records
About You
The successful candidate will:
* Have proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
* Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced Fee Earner with equivalent expertise
* Possess strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
* Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
* Be able to manage a busy caseload effectively while maintaining attention to detail
* Have a proactive and client-focused approach
