As a Lead School Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and clinical leadership within a specialist educational setting. Responsibilities as a Lead School Nurse: Provide strong leadership and clinical supervision to the School Health Team
Deliver safe, person-centred care for children with complex medical needs
Lead immunisation initiatives and health promotion across the school
Coordinate and evaluate nursing interventions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold clinical best practices

What Were Looking For: NMC Registered Nurse (Registered Childrens Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse)
Experience in managing complex health needs
Minimum two years' experience at Band 6 or equivalent level
Confident leader with strong decision-making and communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and writing professional clinical reports
