What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to take the next step in your career
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating strong chef skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene)
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision
* Knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety best practices
