Job Title: Primary Early Career Teacher (Primary ECT)
Location: Grimsby
Salary: £120 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to kick-start your teaching career in a supportive and welcoming primary school? If you are eager to inspire young learners and make a real impact, GSL Education has a great opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (Primary) in Grimsby.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Adapt teaching methods to support the needs of all learners.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior staff.
* Assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
o Participate in training and development to enhance your teaching skills.
Requirements:
* A qualified teacher (QTS) or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to begin their teaching journey.
* A specialism or experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
* A positive, resilient, and adaptable attitude.
* Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies.
* A commitment to creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment.
* A passion for making a difference in young learners’ lives.
* Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
