Project Secretary / Administrator
Rate - 18 / 19 p/hr PAYE
Location -Leatherhead
Project Secretary / Administrator who is able to organise & co-ordinate administration duties & office procedures - must exhibit excellent written & verbal communication skills, be able to prioritise and work on own initiative and be highly organised.
Duties include:
Schedule meetings & appointments for PM, organise travel & visas, organise catering, maintain & organise office space, order stationery and IT equipment, provide support to visitors, address employee queries, assist in the onboarding process for new starters, organise events, liaise with Campus services, compile reports and format documents, provide support to the team.
Must be able to multi-task, work collaboratively, and demonstrate a strong work ethic with a 'can-do' attitude.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
Patience and discretion are required to handle all aspects of the role.
Flexible working hours to accommodate project needs - office-based.
Experience with software such as Microsoft Word & Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SAP, CONCUR, and DocuSign.usign, Please upload your CV in Word format.
