* Lead and develop a team of 60–100, including four direct reports
* Drive performance and efficiency through clear KPIs and team engagement
* Manage budget and cost control across your shift
* Ensure site structure and process alignment for optimal output
* Uphold the highest standards in health & safety and quality compliance

* Proven leadership in high-risk, chilled food manufacturing
* Experience in FMCG environments with a passion for continuous improvement
* Strong communication and decision-making skills
