We welcome applications from mid to senior-level project managers and engineers who have taken a career break of 12 months or more and are ready to return to meaningful, outcome-driven work.
You may have experience in:

Project or Programme Management (including PMO, Project Controls, Planning, Risk, Cost)
Engineering delivery within Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing, or Technology
Leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering complex projectsWe particularly encourage applications from individuals underrepresented in the energy sector, including women, parents, carers, ex-military personnel, and experienced professionals returning after extended breaks.

What You Bring

Proven experience delivering projects or programmes in complex environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and a delivery mindset
A willingness to refresh your skills and adapt to evolving tools, standards, and ways of working
A desire to contribute to major infrastructure projects and the energy transition
