Job Title: Mechanical Technician Location: Edmonton Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mechanical Technician to join our facilities management team on a static healthcare site in Edmonton. This role is key to ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all mechanical building services within a critical healthcare environment. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, fault resolution, and blockage clearance while undertaking Authorised Person (AP) and Competent Person (CP) duties. The role also includes participating in an on-call rota (1 week in 4) and opportunities to attend training courses to further develop your skills.
