A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor (NQ 2 years PQE) to join our busy and highly regarded Company Commercial team. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive, forward-thinking department acting for a broad national client base.
You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload while working closely with the Head of Department and senior colleagues, developing your expertise within a friendly and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting and negotiating documents for Mergers & Acquisitions, including share and asset purchase agreements
* Supporting clients in preparing their businesses for sale
* Conducting and reviewing legal due diligence
* Advising on corporate structuring, such as shareholders agreements, articles of association and joint venture agreements
* Preparing reports and ancillary documentation for transactional matters
* Assisting with the co‑ordination, project management and smooth running of transactions
About You
We Are Looking For Someone Who Brings
* NQE to 2 years PQE
* Experience in corporate legal services (essential)
* Exposure to employment or commercial law (advantageous)
* Strong drafting skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confidence communicating with clients both in person and by phone
* A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a close‑knit team
