As an Aircraft Engineering Supervisor on our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering support and ground services for the Wildcat platform. You’ll be responsible for both day-to-day aircraft management and ground support, ensuring all contracted tasks meet regulatory and customer requirements. What you’ll need: Aircraft Experience and Certification A minimum of 6 years working in an airworthiness environment, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience. Formal training on the Wildcat aircraft and its associated trade systems. Hold, or be eligible to hold, a Certificate of Competency at Supervisory Level. Technical Knowledge Strong working knowledge of Wildcat aircraft engineering, systems (by trade), servicing procedures, and support equipment. Good understanding of Naval Air Publications and CIETP (Compound Interactive Electronic Technical Publications). Safety, Quality and Compliance Demonstrated commitment to Health and Safety practices, including COSHH, tool control, and quality assurance. Understanding of airworthiness engineering safety and compliance in accordance with MAA regulatory and legislative requirements. Maintenance and Engineering Systems Familiarity with engineering and asset management systems. Completed, or willing to complete, Maintenance Human Factors training. Awareness of Lean Operating Procedures. Understanding of rotary-wing military aviation procedures and operational standards.
