WHAT TO EXPECT JLR have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to join their internationally recognised luxury Jaguar brand. We're looking for a talented Digital Product Owner with a drive and passion for developing global digital customer experiences to join our team. Your primary role will be to oversee and work closely with digital agencies helping to design and oversee the build of the bespoke Jaguar website and ensure smooth and high-quality product to ensure the brand and customers receive the best experience. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Support and promote the future Web Product Vision, with the Lead PO & Group Product Owner. Communicate the vision for digital products to delivery teams and stakeholders. Support product discovery with requirements gathering analysis and high-fidelity prototyping. Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify areas of improvement and new features for Web products. Prioritise and communicate the roadmap to the wider business Stakeholders. Develop strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders to achieve the product vision, business objectives & goals. Enhance the customer digital experience by taking a product-centric approach to developing features and solving problems. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Previous experience working in an Agile environment, operating as a Product Owner, Product Manager or within Digital Operations. A proven record of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with cross functional teams and external partner agencies. Experience in a fast-paced digital operations environment and be adept at managing multiple projects at once. Experience developing and managing roadmaps and feature backlogs. experience of product discovery with requirements gathering analysis and high-fidelity prototyping. A strong understanding of Digital Operations best practice - bug fix, change & release processes, CI/CD implementation. LI-POST SO WHY US?
