Outpatient Clinic Coordinator
An opportunity has arisen to join the Outpatient Department at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital and within time, this position will be based at the BAIRD Family Hospital.
Position: Part-time Band 4 Coordinator.
* Schedule: Monday - Thursday 08:30-16:30, Friday 08:30-13:08 (hours may be negotiated).
* 32.64 hours per working week.
Key Responsibilities
* Work independently and collaboratively to coordinate outpatient services.
* Maintain regular contact with staff across the service.
* Supervise administrative staff within the team.
* Provide confident, caring, and empathetic patient and colleague support over the phone and in person.
* Be well organised and methodical, ensuring efficient handling of service demands.
Requirements
* Strong organisational, communication, interpersonal, and IT skills.
* Ability to prioritise conflicting demands and work on own initiative.
