We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Land Manager to join our team within Vistry West Yorkshire, at our Wakefield office. As our Senior Land Manager, you will be responsible for securing land opportunities, negotiating legal agreements, liaising with stakeholders, and driving acquisitions in line with our strategic goals. You will play a key role in business development, presenting to landowners and agents, and working closely with our Strategic Land team to meet the company's requirements and expansion plans. This role is largely self-sufficient, involving sourcing land opportunities and instructing consultants and development teams on legal, planning, and commercial constraints.

Desirable:
* RTPI/RICS qualification or working towards it
Key responsibilities:
* Identify and present land opportunities, both immediate and long-term
* Negotiate legal agreements and instruct relevant teams
* Prepare Land Approval Packs and secure site acquisition approvals
* Promote the company through business development activities
* Manage offer processes and support senior management
* Handle approximately 20 site offers annually
* Monitor land bank and land sale potential
