We’re partnering with an established international recruitment business to hire a Compliance Manager to lead governance, manage audits, support tenders, and oversee contracts across highly regulated global markets. A key role with strong visibility and impact.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal, business-critical role sitting at the heart of operations. You will take ownership of compliance across the business, while also supporting key functions including tenders, contracts, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and maintain ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 accreditations
* Oversee MLC compliance, REC standards, and audits
* Act as main contact for compliance reviews and regulatory matters
* Manage full lifecycle of client and supplier contracts
* Draft, review, and support contract negotiations
* Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks
* Support tender submissions end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders
* Compile and manage compliance documentation for bids
* Manage insurance renewals, broker relationships, and claims
What They’re Looking For
* Minimum 4 years’ compliance experience
* Strong understanding of audits and compliance frameworks
* Commercial awareness and risk assessment capability
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator across multiple teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Based in Loughton, Essex
* 09:00 – 17:00 working hours
* Hybrid flexibility post-probation
* 24 days annual leave + bank holidays
