The Registered Service Manager will:
Hold and maintain appropriate CQC registration for the service and continue to grow the client base.
Collaborate with the organisation's owners for strategic planning.
Lead and support Team Leaders, Support Workers, and other colleagues.
Ensure compliance with contractual regulations and quality assurance.

The ideal Registered Service Manager will have:
Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
Experience with CQC regulations and as a Registered Manager.
A full clean driving licence and access to a car.
