We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling K-beauty retail brand to appoint an Operations Manager as the business enters its next phase of UK expansion.
Already operating a growing multi-site retail estate alongside ecommerce and wholesale partnerships with major UK retailers, the business is building serious momentum within the beauty space. This hire is a key operational leadership appointment, created to strengthen retail infrastructure, commercial performance, and scalability across the estate.
The opportunity would suit a high-performing Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or multi-site retail leader ready to step into a broader operational role with clear progression toward Head of Operations.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of retail operations across a growing UK store portfolio, helping build the structure, commercial discipline, and operational consistency required for rapid scale.
The business is entrepreneurial, collaborative, fast-moving, and highly hands-on, looking for someone who can drive execution while coaching and developing store teams along the way.
This is not a highly corporate environment. The ideal person will combine strong operational rigour with emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a sleeves-rolled-up leadership style.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day retail operations across multiple UK locations
* Support and develop Store Managers
* Improve operational consistency, standards, and accountability
* Drive commercial performance including:
* Sales
* Labour management
* Productivity
* Conversion
* Margin awareness
* Introduce scalable retail processes and KPI disciplines
* Support new store openings and expansion projects
* Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, logistics, and leadership teams
* Spend regular time in stores across London and regional locations
