Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering fire safety projects with clear performance targets
* Ensuring all projects meet bpha's standards for cost, time, and quality
* Recommending protective and preventative fire safety measures
* Advising colleagues, contractors, and partners on fire safety legislation and best practice
* Promoting fire safety awareness among residents and recommending risk-reduction strategies
* Collaborating across teams to support fire safety across all bpha buildings
Qualifications
* Has strong experience in fire safety enforcement or fire risk assessment, especially in housing
* Understands fire safety legislation, codes of practice, and guidance
* Has experience managing contracts and understanding construction health and safety
* Holds a recognised Fire Risk Assessment qualification
