Job Title: Assistant Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will lead by example, inspire retail colleagues, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the store is well merchandised and continuously seeking ways to develop and improve business performance within your Departments. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a coaching management style that is clear, open, and honest. You will also ensure that retail colleagues are trained to the highest standards and are capable of taking corrective action when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, a proven track record of meeting targets, and be career-focused and self-motivated to maximize team performance.
