About You – The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a graduate with a strong academic record:
* 2:1 or First-Class degree from a Russell Group or reputable UK University
* Strong GCSEs and A-levels
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Driven, passionate, and hardworking, with a genuine commitment to helping children succeed
* Able to motivate and support small groups of students, boosting confidence and attainment
