THE ROLE - DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER
Supporting the GM in a high-volume environment
Leads from the front fully hands-on
Drives service standards while maintaining a fun, energetic culture
Develops and motivates a large team
Focused on guest experience and repeat business
THE PACKAGE - DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER
£40-42K basic (including Tronc) + achievable 4k bonus
