Senior Rural Valuer - South Lincolnshire
Overview:
A leading property consultancy is seeking an experienced and proactive Rural Valuer to lead valuation services across the East Midlands. This is a senior role with responsibility for coordinating valuation workstreams, mentoring other valuers, and delivering high-quality professional advice across rural, residential, and development sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver valuations for loan security, tax, inheritance, estate planning, and development appraisals.
* Produce high-quality valuation reports and manage major valuation portals.
* Lead and support a team of valuers, providing professional guidance and mentoring.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
* Apply commercial and professional judgement to deliver results.
* Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across all workstreams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* RICS-qualified rural surveyor with substantial post-qualification experience.
* RICS Registered Valuer (essential); FAAV qualification is an advantage.
* Strong background in agricultural and rural residential valuations.
* Skilled in Word, Excel, and mapping software.
* Experience working across multiple office locations or regional settings.
* Excellent communicator with leadership and coaching abilities.
* Entrepreneurial, analytical, and confident under pressure.
* Flexible and discreet, with strong time management and attention to detail.
