Job Title: Children’s Registered Home Manager Salary: Competitive depending on experience

We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join an expanding organisation as Registered Manager for a children’s residential homes. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of your home, ensuring it meets the highest standards of care and compliance. You will lead, inspire, and support your team to provide child-focused, trauma-informed care that promotes positive outcomes.

A minimum of five years’ experience in a role relevant to the residential care of children.
At least two years’ experience in a management position within children care
Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent).
Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
Demonstrated success in achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings in recent Ofsted inspections.
