Consultant pay rate: $35 /hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
Duration: Long term contract
* Fulltime professional work experience in Business and/orInformation Technology. May require an associate degree in arelated area and at least 6 year or equivalent experience in thefield or in a related area.
* Substitutions:Accredited college training may substitute for the required workexperience with a maximum substitution of four (4) years. (Fifteen(15) semester hours in Information Technology or a related area isrequired.)
* Accredited graduate training in theabove area may substitute for the required work experience with amaximum substitution of two (2) years.
* Successfully completion of an Information TechnologyCertification program may substitute for the required workexperience with a maximum substitution of two (2) years. (Proof ofcertification must accompany application.)
* One(1) year of work experience as a Systems AdministratorAssociate andHelp Desk CoordinatorIntermediate may substitute for all of therequired experience.
* The best candidate forthis position will have extensive and current experience in theimaging and preparing desktop computer equipment directly to endusers as part of the annual computer refresh. Asset managementverbal and written communication excellent customer service skillson the phone and in person.
* Candidate must belocal have a clean driving record reliable transportation. Must beable to take direction and also work independently whennecessary.
* Experience working with an ITticket system required. Service Now experience with incidentrequests and asset management are preferred.
* The working shift is a 9x80 schedule with remote work onFriday and every other Friday off. All other days are not eligiblefor remote work. Candidate must be local for inperson interviewsand reporting to work on scheduled days.
