We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
* Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure it is presentable at all times
* Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate records and filing systems on click dealer
* Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating customer bookings and upselling
* Support office management by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels
* Offer customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
* Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
* Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
* Phone etiquette best practices
* Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
