The postholder will lead a high-performing financial services function. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement to oversee critical transactional finance operations and drive service excellence across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the transactional finance team, ensuring high levels of performance, customer service, and accountability across all areas of financial operations. Oversee the delivery of accurate and timely financial transactions, reconciliations, month-end processes, and reporting in line with corporate and statutory deadlines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across transactional finance functions, implementing efficient processes, strong financial controls, and system enhancements. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring service standards are achieved while supporting wider organisational financial governance and compliance objectives. Candidate Criteria Proven experience managing transactional finance functions, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, reconciliations, and financial controls. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams and driving service improvements. Excellent knowledge of financial management processes, internal controls, governance requirements, and performance management frameworks. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, present information clearly, and work collaboratively across a complex organisation.
