The Role Scope
You will play an essential role in supporting the Recruitment Coordinator and the wider HR team in hiring and onboarding temporary staff over our Christmas peak.
As the first point of contact for candidates, you will need excellent people skills, as well as a methodical, target-focused approach to your work. This role is ideal for a confident and process-driven individual looking to develop their skills in a Recruitment/HR capacity.
Main Responsibilities:
✨Be the "voice of MandM," offering all applicants a great recruitment experience.
✨Carry out high-volume recruitment calls (80+ per day) to applicants, balancing quality and quantity within set targets. Issue official Offer of Employment letters.
✨Update, maintain, and confidentially manage candidate records and HR systems.
✨Respond to candidate enquiries promptly via phone and email.
✨Assist with the organisation and completion of new starter inductions.
✨Support the Recruitment Coordinator with data and reporting.
