Job Description: Graduate Estates Manager

We are seeking a Graduate Estates Manager to join our highly successful Estates Team. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact and be involved in the dynamic estates function at Frasers Group. You will gain broad experience across various estate matters, including property management, acquisitions, lease events, cost control, and supporting senior team members.
* Manage tasks assigned by senior team members.
* Challenge and question estate-related processes and strategies.
* Prioritize effectively to meet critical deadlines.
* Take responsibility for acquisitions and estate management in designated areas.
* Assist with lease negotiations, property issues, and estate improvements to support retail operations.
* Handle geographical responsibilities including business rates and service charges.
* Possess a degree, or relevant work experience, with strong data analysis skills.
* Manage time efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
* Be willing to travel nationally and internationally, with a full clean driving license.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite.
