Land Buyer – Residential Developer

Potensis Selection are currently working with a leading residential developer who are looking to enhance their Land team recruiting a Land Buyer.
You will have the opportunity to assist a Land Manger on all aspects of the Land Buying and planning processes on a high-performing division. The Land buyer will gain necessary exposure to progress into becoming a Land Manager where they will be buying their own Land.
In addition, you will be:
1. Supporting the Land Manager in the identifying and acquiring sites.
2. Researching and provide information to Land team on potential development opportunities.
3. Providing general support to the Land Manager
4. Maintaining and aiding in the expansion of the established contacts.
5. Producing land packs and ensure accurate bids are placed.
6. Acting in accordance with the companies’ values, systems, policies and procedures.
Requirements:
This company is searching for an ambitious Land Buyer or assistant Land Buyer with 1 years’ experience in the residential sector.
