HR Business Partner
East Sussex based
£40,000 – £45,000 plus bonus and benefits
A HR BP is wanted on a permanent basis by a global Engineering client of ours who is at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth. In this role, the successful candidate will drive strategic change and deliver high-quality operational support. This role focuses on strengthening employee relations, leading change initiatives, and improving HR processes to support business goals.
This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of between £40,000 - £45,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications plus bonuses and benefits.
Overview of the HR BP role:
* This is a HR Generalist role which will encompass a wide variety of operational duties including supporting the HR Team in regard to recruitment and grievances as well as acting as a business partner to on-site managers.
* Partner with managers to identify organisational improvements and develop robust people plans to strengthen the company as a whole.
* Align people practices with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and cultural alignment
