Our client is looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator on a full time, permanent basis to be based in Inverness. Applicants will ideally have some accounts experience although applications are also welcome from those with strong administrative experience, seeking a role in accountancy & finance.
Duties include:
1. Match, code and input purchase invoices for payment using Sage Software.
2. Investigate discrepancies and liaise with department managers and suppliers to resolve.
3. Deal with Purchase Orders and Credit Notes.
4. Obtain authorisation for payment.
5. Carry out reconciliations.
6. Raising sales invoices.
7. Administration of the treasury function.
