Your Role (What you'll be doing) As a Main Dealer Technician in our Oxford team, you will:
* Manufacturer Standards: Carry out servicing, maintenance, and complex repair work to strict brand specifications.
* Advanced Diagnostics: Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using the latest dealership technology.
* Quality Assurance: Perform road tests and final quality checks to ensure maximum safety.
* Efficiency: Maintain high workshop productivity while delivering premium workmanship.
* Evolution: Participate in ongoing manufacturer training to stay ahead of the curve with EV technology.
What You Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance is preferred.
* Experience: Ideally 2+ years of experience in a franchised or independent workshop.
* Compliance: A full UK driving license is essential.
* MOT: An MOT testing qualification is an advantage, but not essential.
* Mindset: A focus on high-quality workmanship and the ability to work efficiently within a skilled service team.
