Internal Sales Executives – Stoke on Trent
£28000-£30000 + Commission + Benefits (including training)
Health and Safety Consultancy with clients across the UK are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join the team and play an active part in bringing on new customers selling across the portfolio of services our client offers.
This Internal Sales Executive role is new business focussed and will come with a database of clients to target. The sales process will vary in length and will also include account management and continued client success as part of the day-to-day duties, so excellent organisation skills and an attention to details is a must.
To apply for the Internal Sales Executive role the following experience is required.
* 2 years sales experience in a Business-to-Business sales environment
* Knowledge of the Health and Safety industry or similar is preferred but applicants must have a services sales background rather than product.
* A proven track record of sales success and be comfortable working in a telephone sales environment.
* Excellent telephone manner with a confident approach to working with new points of contact.
The Internal Sales Executive will work with a specific list of customers and will add to these from marketing leads. Your primary objective will be to bring on new clients and then work the full sales process with them, including providing clients detailed quotes all work is telephone based.
Hybrid working is available (2 days remote), and the Internal Sales Executive will come with an unlimited commission scheme enabling you to earn over £45,000 in your first year (subject to performance).
