Position Overview
As our Service Manager, you will:
* Lead engineering and support functions aligned with our business strategy.
* Ensure adherence to SHEQ standards in a cost-effective and safe environment.
* Drive process improvements and efficient workforce utilization to maximize throughput.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and talent development.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
* Manage and develop direct reporting teams to maximize opportunities.
* Oversee functions within budget to enhance profitable performance.
* Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure efficient scheduling of work across all teams.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* 5 years of experience in workshop or field service management, equipment, or process engineering.
* Strong mechanical and technical knowledge, with a desirable understanding of the CAT product range.
* Excellent organizational and management skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative team player attitude.
* Good levels of numeracy and literacy.
