Head of Growth / Commercial At TBCo, we create design-led, sustainable products for home, fashion and gifting, loved by customers around the world. We’re an independent, B Corp-certified brand, on a mission to make an impact through statement design and responsible retail. We’re now looking for a Head of Growth / Commercial to lead all commercial arms of the business and take our growth to the next level. The Role Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and be responsible for driving commercial success across all customer channels. This is a pivotal role, setting the strategy, shaping our growth plans, and ensuring we hit ambitious targets. What You’ll Do Work with the SLT to set the strategy and goals for the business and ensure all departments have aligned goals and work effectively together across the business Oversee multiple teams responsible for managing the commercial areas of the business, including performance marketing, CRM, Affiliates, and wholesale Develop & implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in alignment with business goals. Own and deliver on key commercial KPIs, including customer acquisition, LTV, AOV, ROAS and CAC. Work with the FD to set and manage the commercial marketing budget for the year, reporting on channel and campaign performance. Prepare business cases for investment in new channels/technologies, ensuring robust ROI analysis Collaborate with the Head of Brand to establish the strategic direction for all commercial activity, aligning creative with commercial, to ensure brand consistency while driving measurable results. Coordinate closely on organic social and influencer activity Use data insights to inform decision-making, uncover opportunities, and optimise channel and website performance using platforms like Shopify GA4 and Klaviyo. Drive planning and execution of the commercial marketing strategy, including identifying goals and success metrics, budgeting resources effectively and analysing data to measure campaign performance. Manage PPC, Paid Social, SEO & Affiliate agency partners to set goals, monitor results and continuously improve ROI. Be obsessed with understanding the TBCo customer, using data to analyse customer behaviour to optimise targeting, proposition and customer experience across all touchpoints, both online and offline. Utilise AI and other platforms to drive efficiency and optimise data decision-making Lead, coach and develop a high-performing cross-functional team What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a senior growth, commercial or marketing leadership role (ideally within retail, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands). Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth. Understanding of Paid social & influencer, PPC, SEO and conversion optimisation (not hands-on, but able to set direction and evaluate performance). Data-driven mindset: confident working with insights, KPIs and metrics to guide decisions and drive experimentation culture. Experience leading and motivating teams across multiple disciplines (marketing, wholesale, e-commerce). Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and an obsession with customer acquisition and lifetime value.
