Are you a data-driven HR professional with a passion for reward, analytics, and compensation strategy? A leading global investment and advisory group is looking for a Reward & People Data Analyst to join their dynamic HR team in the heart of London.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and enhancing the firm’s reward structures and supporting the annual compensation cycle. You will work closely with senior HR stakeholders, providing data-led insights and technical support to inform decision-making and ensure the business continues to attract, retain, and reward top talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the design and delivery of annual compensation reviews, including collation and analysis of internal and external compensation data
* Provide analytical support for reward-related projects, policies, and processes
* Partner with payroll and HR operations teams to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation in line with local practices
* Maintain and develop dashboards and reports to support reward and workforce analytics using Excel and Power BI
* Interpret complex data sets to provide clear, actionable insights for HR and business leaders
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all people-related systems and reporting processes
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in HR data analytics or reward/compensation roles
* Exceptional Excel skills; experience using Power BI is highly desirable
* Comfortable working with large, complex data sets
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working within financial or professional services environments is a plus
