PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
* To exceed and manage customer expectations by co-ordinating the handover of all company ECOS scheme vehicles to Stellantis Group employees and affiliates.
* Ensure that the end to end experience for the customer is exceptional and that the handover of their new vehicle and the inspection of their return vehicle is thorough and to standard.
* Manage the inbound site processes and goods in transit inspection, ensuring each vehicle is in a great condition to handover to customer.
* Work as part of a team to ensure the processes and standards in the handover centre are adhered to making the customer facing environment as comfortable as possible.
* Engage with the customer and build a rapport canvassing feedback about the handover and ideas on how we can continuously improve.
* Support for wider operation with additional duties as required.
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
* To carry out all inbound vehicle inspections and manage any issues in a timely manner
* To carry out all return vehicle inspections thoroughly, to agreed standard and timescales
* Accurately record damage via the hand held technology and ensure all damage is captured
* Ensure the right repair methods are adopted making sure repairs are to standard and cost effective
* Adhere to all site processes and procedures
* Work with your line manager to report any concerns or issues so they can support as required
* Adopt all H&S procedures in relation to the inspection of vehicles and report any instances relating to H&S
* Keep up to date with the latest paint and SMART / Clever repair technologies
* Feedback ideas on how we can add continuous improvements and value to the processes
* Ensure the security of all vehicles on site and keys are secured as well during operating hours and non operating hours
* Support to manage the handover site and vehicle movements, ensuring optimum site processes to ensure an efficient operation for customer
* Work as part of a team with the other team members to ensure KPI's are met
PERSON SPECIFICATION :
* Previous experience in the automotive industry (essential)
* Experienced Inspections and vehicle estimating
* Experience working within a customer facing environment (essential)
* GOOD CLEAR COMMUNICATIN VERBALLY AND WRITTEN (essential)
* Full UK Driving License (essential)
